Works great when you just need a little something before going to the gym or a workout. I have eczema so I rarely leave the house without anything on my face. But I also don't want to wear heavy makeup when I'm working out. I received this as a sample and used it over my Yonka lotion. I didn't see a blurring effect per se, but my skin did look more radiant and it gave it just enough moisture. I applied a little concealer to the necessary areas, mascara and a sheer lip color and I was ready to go! So I purchased a full sized bottle and am loving it since a little goes a long way!
